Meals

-This year meals will be buffet style. This means NO dishes for us to wash!

-We will have coffee with meals and at the Speaker meeting. We are asking you to fill up your travel mugs before heading to meetings as we are not able to have 24/7 coffee service from the hotel.

-If you have special food needs the resort has said it may be able to make substitutions. They request notice prior to the event so please let us know on your registration.  There are restaurants on site as well.

 

 

Accommodations

​-Our accommodations are in the Lodge Village family suites overlooking the Deschutes River which has 2 Beautyrest pillow top beds upstairs in the loft, 2 Beautyrest pillow top beds upstairs in the second room (there will be no guests sleeping on a sofa sleeper). Each condo will be able to accommodate 8 women. The Kitchenette has a small refrigerator, microwave, stove top, and Keurig coffee maker. Suites also feature hardwood floors (downstairs), river rock wall gas fireplace, private deck, free WiFi, 2 flat-screen TVs, premium cable. No one will have to sleep on a sleeper sofa.

-Remember, the weekend is an opportunity to meet new women and share our experience strength and hope together!

-Please be considerate of your suite mate(s) as well as other guests at the Resort and keep noise levels down between 10pm and 7am.
